摘要
通过有限元分析软件分析了一台煤矿救生舱在爆炸载荷作用下的应力、应变及能量变化规律。结果表明,10 mm厚的外壳焊接5号槽钢的结构可以抵抗0.6 MPa以上的爆炸载荷冲击。舱体前面板的位移随着载荷增大而增大,爆炸载荷峰值0.6 MPa时,前面板中心最大位移1.47 mm,载荷卸除后,位移缓慢衰减。整个舱体的内能、应变能、动能的变化规律与位移相同。
The stress,strain and energy of a coal mine refuge chamber under explosion load were analyzed.The results demonstrate that the structure of No.5 channel welding 10 mm shell can resist the explosion load of 0.6 MPa amplitude.The displacement of the front panel of the chamber increasies with the explosion load.Maximum of displacement of the panel is 1.47 mm when the explosion load amplitude is 0.6 MPa.While the load is moved,the displacement decreases slowly and the regulation adapts to internal energy,kinetic energy and strain energy of the whole model.
