摘要
矿用救生舱是矿工井下逃生的关键设备,为提高其抗冲击能力,舱体结构通常设计为方形或拱形舱。笔者针对拱形舱进行了静力分析,然后利用LS-DYNA对两种舱体进行显示动力学分析,并在考虑了重力影响的前提下,得到其在载荷峰值为0.6 MPa的三角波作用下的应力和总变形位移响应,分析结果表明,在外壳厚度和加强筋相同的情况下,拱形舱体耐冲击性能更好,采用LS-DYNA显式动力学分析方法更为准确。
The mine refuge chamber is the key underground life-saving equipment. In order to enhance its anti-impact performance, the shell was usually designed as square or arch shape. In the paper, static analysis on the arch shell was conducted, and then LS-DYNA was applied to conduct explicit dynamic analysis on two kinds of shells. In view of influence of gravity, the stress and overall deformation response of the shell by the action of triangle wave whose loading peak was 0.6 MPa were obtained. The analysis results showed that at the same shell thickness and the same stiffener, the arch shell possessed the better anti-impact performance, and LS-DYNA explicit dynamic analysis method was more accurate.
