摘要 通过救生舱内外的环境特点,对救生舱制冷方法进行研究,提出了以液态CO2做为制冷剂的开放式制冷方法。研制了适合于煤矿用救生舱的高性能CO2制冷装置,其结构合理、安装布置方便、操作简单、便于维护、不会产生二次污染。采用制冷后蒸发的CO2高压气体作为气动风机的动力源,解决灾变时期动力缺失的问题。通过实验证明救生舱制冷装置的性能可以保证救生舱内的温湿度适宜避难人员生存。 According to the environmental characteristics of the refuge chamber inside and outside,reseach on refrigeration method of the refuge chamber, put forward the opening refrigeration method which liquid CO2 as refrigerant. We designs the refrigeration device by liquid CO2 is suitable for coal mine refuge chamber, and this device has the Characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient installation, simple operation, easy maintenance, no pollution. High pressure CO2 gas of refrigeration production provide power for the pneumatic?fan,to solve the problem of lack of power during catastrophe. The refrigeration device in coal-mine refuge chamber can ensure the temperature and humidity inside the chamber for refugees living that is testified by the experiments.
