摘要
针对西部地区的特殊地理情况,以矿井救生舱顶面在坍塌载荷作用下的动态响应为研究对象,应用三维设计软件Solidworks、隐式有限元分析软件ANSYS前处理和动力学分析软件LS-DYNA求解器等软件,建立了救生舱有限元模型并进行结构化网格划分完成求解及后处理工作,通过数值仿真分析,得到不同时刻下矿用救生舱位移和应力的瞬态分析结果。分析结果表明:整舱顶部前后中央方位应力超出了材料的屈服极限而发生坍塌变形,但并不会造成致命的塌陷破坏事故。
In view of special geographical state of Western China, the dynamic response of the roof of the mine rescue capsule at collapse shock was taken as the study object, and 3D design software SolidW orks, pre-processing of implicit FEA software ANSYS and dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA were applied to establish the finite element model of the rescue capsule. And then, structural mesh division was carried out as well as solving and post-processing were completed. After numerical simulation and analysis, the transient displacement and stress of the mine rescue capsule at various time points were obtained. The analysis results showed: the stress in front of and behind the top of the rescue capsule exceeded the yield limit of the material, which led to collapse and deformation, but fatal collapse damage failed.
