阳离子表面活性剂催化光度法测定食品中抗坏血酸 被引量:1

Catalytic spectrophotometric determination of ascorbic acid in food with cationic surfactant

摘要 在H2SO4介质和溴代十六烷基吡啶存在下,痕量抗坏血酸对高碘酸钾氧化维多利亚蓝的反应具有催化作用,据此建立催化动力学光度法测定痕量抗坏血酸的新方法。研究了吸收光谱、试剂用量、干扰离子等因素的影响,在最佳实验条件下,阻抑反应与非阻抑反应体系在610nm处的吸光度差值与抗坏血酸的浓度在0~118μg/L范围呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.89×10-6g/L。该法简便、灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于西红柿中微量抗坏血酸的测定。 Ascorbic acid can inhibit the discoloration of Victoria blue by KIO4 in Hexadecylpyridine bromide and H2SO4 medium.A new Catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of the trace ascorbic acid was studied.The effects of the factors such as absorption spectra,acidity,concentrations of reagent,influence of coexisting ions on the reaction are discussed.At the optimum experimental conditions,good linear relationship is obtained between absorbance differece (ΔA ) of the inhibited system and non-inhibited system at 610 nm and the concentration of ascorbic acid in the linear range is 0~118 μg/ L,the detection limit is2.89×10-6 g/L.The method were simple,high sensitivity and good selectivity.It was applied successfully to the determination of ascorbic acid in tomato.
