摘要
建立了一种准确简便的分析布洛芬含量的方法,在药物监测方面推广使用。采用电聚合法制备基于银掺杂聚L-精氨酸修饰金电极的布洛芬药物传感器。研究了布洛芬在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,该传感器对布洛芬的氧化具有良好的催化作用,检出限(信噪比为3)为1.607×10-8mol/L,线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0×10-4mol/L。该传感器的选择性高,并具有良好的重现性和稳定性。用于药物样品的测定,回收率在95.1%~103.3%之间。
A simple and accuracy method is established for analyzing the content of ibuprofen and can be used commercially on drug monitoring.Silver doped poly(L-arginine) is electropolymerized on bare gold electrode to fabricate Ibuprofen(IBP) drug sensor. The electrochemical behaviors of IBP on the modified electrode is studied by cyclic voltammetry.It is found that this sensor has good electrochemical catalytic activity on the oxidation of IBP. The detection limit is 1. 607×10-8 mol·L^-1(S/N= 3) and the linear dynamic range extends from 1. 0×10^-8 to 1. 0×10^-4 mol·L^-1.It also demonstrates high selectivity,good repeatability and reproducibility and appreciable long-term stability. This method is successfully applied for the determination of IBP in drug samples with satisfactory recovery values in the range of 95. 1%-103. 3%.
