摘要
在HAc-NaAc介质中,阳离子表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶作增敏剂,碘对过氧化氢氧化甲基红的褪色反应具有催化作用,据此建立了表面活性剂增敏催化动力学光度法分析测定微量碘的新方法。方法的线性范围为0~400μg/L,检出限为8.8×10-8 g/L。该法快速、灵敏、操作简单,用于粗盐中痕量碘的测定,结果满意。
The new catalytic spectrophotometrin method for the determination of trace amount of iodine has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of iodine on oxidation of methyl red by hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) using cationic surfactant of cetylpyridine bromide(CPB) as an sensitizer in HAc-NaAc medium. The detection limit is 8.8×10^-8 g/L, the detection limit range is 0-400μg/L. The method has been used in the determination of iodine in water was satisfactory results.
