摘要
在硫酸、硝酸和盐酸等酸性(H+)介质中,痕量碘酸根离子会对Fe(Ⅱ)-邻二氮菲体系的显色反应产生阻抑作用.选用协同增敏阻抑法测微量碘,研究了体系反应中表面活性剂的增敏、反应介质的酸度、试剂的最佳用量及反应时间等.测得碘离子线性范围为0.2~1.0μg·mL-1,检出限为0.06μg·mL-1.该法在室温下测定海带中的碘含量,灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便,效果较好.
In acidic (H +) media such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, trace iodate ions can inhibit the color reaction of Fe(Ⅱ)-phenanthroline. In this paper, the synergistic sensitization suppression method is used to measure the trace iodine. The sensitization of the surfactant, the acidity of the reaction medium, the optimum dosage of the reagent and the reaction time are studied. The linear range of iodide ion is measured to be 0.2-1.0μg·mL^-1 , and the detection limit is 0.06μg·mL^-1 . The method is carried out at room temperature, and has high sensitivity, good selectivity and simple operation. The iodine content in the kelp is determined, and the effect is good.
