摘要
在溴化钾存在下和盐酸介质中,利用碘酸根氧化靛红,提出了测定碘酸根的新方法——靛红褪色分光光度法,其最大褪色波长位于605nm,在该波长处碘酸根的浓度在5~40μg/10mL之间与其吸光度呈线性关系,其回归方程为A=0.0117C(C的单位:μg)-0.055,相关系数r=0.9987,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.048×104L.mol-1.cm-1,并成功地用于实际加碘食盐样品中碘酸根的测定,测定结果与紫外光度法一致。
A new method for determination of iodate ion was proposed in presence of KBr and in HCl media, based on iodate oxidized indigo carmine and made the system decoloring,which of fading maximum absorption wavelength at 605 nm with the mole absorptivity 2. 048 × 10^4 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. Beers law was obeyed at the range of 5-40μg iodate per 10 mL with the regressive equation of A=0. 0117C (C:μg)-0. 055 as well as the coefficient R of 0. 9987. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of iodate in salt samples in agreement with the results obtained by the ultra spec- tropotometrie method.
