摘要
本文提出了一种快速、灵敏和直接测定血清和水样中痕量铝的ICP-AES方法。方法基于以聚四氟乙烯为氟化剂。促进铝在石墨炉中的蒸发。研究了铝的蒸发行为,考察了共存元素的干扰,提出了铝的蒸发机理。该法测定铝的检出限为0.5ng/mL,RSD为2.2%(n=9,Al浓度为0.2μg/mL),线性范围达4个数量级。采用本法直接测定了血清和自来水中的痕量铝,其分析结果和标准参考物质标定值吻合很好。
A sensitive,rapid and accurate method for the di-rect determination of aluminium in waters and serumsamples has been developed.Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) was used as the fluorinating agent to im-prove the vaporization of aluminium. The ICP dis-charge and ETV operating conditions were optimizedexperimentally.The interferences of coexisting ele-ments and fluorinating vaporization behavior of Alwere studied,and the fluorinating vaporization mecha-nism was proposed. The detection limit of this methodwas 0.5ng/mL and the RSD was 2.2%at the Al ofconcentration 0.2μg/mL. The proposed method hasbeen applied to the direct determination of Al in wa-ters and human serum samples. The resuIts obtainedare in good agreement with the reference results.
