介绍了稳定同位素的制备方法、国内外生产状况 ,提出了其发展方向 ;综述了稳定同位素在食品卫生安全检验、药物安全检验及环境卫生检验中的应用情况 。
This paper introduces the preparing methods,producing situation and development of stable isotope at home and abroad.Meanwhile,its application in food hygiene inspection,medicine safety evaluation and environmental health inspection are reviewed.The stable isotope will play an important role in people's healthy and sanitation.
