天然多酚类抗氧化物是从植物中提取一类抗氧化剂,符合人们对健康需要。该文综述近年来多酚类化合物研究概况,重点论述黄酮类化合物和原花色素抗氧化功能及其研究进展,并介绍几种常见多酚类化合物,包括大豆异黄酮、茶多酚、苹果多酚和葡萄多酚等。
Natural antioxidants are extracted from the plant out of a class of antioxidants, to meet the needs of people's health. This paper reviews the research profile of the polyphenols in recent years, focusing on the antioxidant capacity of flavonoids and proanthocyanidins and its research progress, and several common polyphenolic compounds, including soy isoflavones, polyphenols, apple polyphenols and grape polyphenols are introducted.
