摘要
目前高校教师职业倦怠已成为一个普遍现象,并危害着无数教师的身心健康和教育事业的发展。其形成原因多涉及到个人、组织、社会等多方面因素,针对其形成因素可以采用相应的缓解对策以减少和缓解教师职业倦怠的现象。
University teachers’ job burnout has become a common phenomenon,which impairs both physical and mental health of countless teachers,and also the development of education.The university teachers’ job burnout involves Personal factors,organizational factors and social factors.So it proposes some measures to reduce and mitigate the phenomenon of teachers’ job burnout.
