教师职业倦怠研究新进展 被引量:23

摘要 文章就教师职业倦怠的概念、成因、干预问题研究、国内外新进展以及研究成果和趋势等进行了详尽综述,系统而深入地分析教师职业倦怠产生的深层原因,同时探讨各类教师职业倦怠研究方法的不足,并提出了新的研究思路。对如何把教师职业倦怠研究进一步推向深入,提出了符合我国实际的积极对策。
