摘要
国外对于教师压力的研究始于上个世纪70年代,自90年代起越来越为世人所关注,由此可见教师压力的共性。在我国,关于教师压力的研究较少,对小学班主任的压力研究更少。文章以浙江某地区小学班主任为参照,探究小学班主任压力的普遍性状况。
The research of stress of teacher starts from the 1970s abroad and gets more and more attention from 1990s.This shows the commonness of stress of teacher.But the research of stress of teacher in China is less than that abroad,let alone the research of stress of teacher in charge of a class in elementary school.The paper tries to research the universality situation of stress of teacher in charge of a class in elementary school by the example of teacher in some district of Zhejiang.
