摘要
随着现代社会竞争的日益加剧,目前高校教师的职务结构决定高校教师的职业生涯现象越来越突出。文章从“职业高原”的概念、产生的原因、教师“职业高原”现象对学校和个人的影响以及应对的策略四个方面进行探讨。
With the increasingly sharp competition of modem society, presently the duty structure of college teachers contributes to the fact that the phenomenon of college teachers＇ career has become more and more prominent. This paper will discuss the concept of ＂career highland＂, the reasons, the influences that the phenomenon of teachers＇ career highland will have on college and individuals, the responding strategies and other aspects.
