摘要 [目的]探讨情景模拟教学法在社区护理实践教学中应用。[方法]将127名护理专科学生随机分为两组,对照组64名和观察组63名,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用情景模拟教学法。比较两组学生期末考试成绩,问卷调查观察组学生对情景模拟教学法的教学效果评价。[结果]观察组学生期末考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组大多数学生赞成采用情景模拟教学法。[结论]在社区护理实践教学中应用情景模拟教学法可提高教学效果,弥补社区护理实践基地的不足、促进学生理论联系实际、提高学生的综合能力。 Objective: To probe into application of scenario simulation teaching method in community nursing practice teaching. Methods: A total of 127 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group (63 cases) and control group (64 cases),control group patients adopt traditional teaching method and experimental group cases used scenario simulation method, then to compare performance of final examination and the pedagogical scenario simulation teaching effectiveness evaluation between both group patients. Results:The final examination results of experimental group patients was better than that of control group(P〈0.05). The majority of students in experimental group agreed with the scenario simulation teaching method. Conclusion:Scenario simulation teaching method applied in community nurs- ing practice teaching can improve teaching effect, make up for the lack of community nursing practice base, promote the students to integrate theory with practice,improve nursing students's comprehensive ability.
