摘要
异型截面环件轧制过程中,截面轮廓成形难以控制。斜I型截面环件轧制过程中,环件截面轮廓形状与环件直径不能同时达到要求是亟待解决的问题。根据斜I型截面环件的结构特点,优化了模具型腔和坯料尺寸。使用有限元方法分析了环件外径变化规律及温度分布规律,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,较大外径的环坯有利于型腔的填充及环件的增大。环件的最终尺寸能满足技术要求。
It is difficult to control section forming in profile ring rolling. It is an urgent problem in I section profile ring rolling of which section and diameter dimension can not meet requirements at the same time. The dies cavities and billet size were optimized according to the section characteristics of I section ring. The variation of outer diameter and temperature distribution were analyzed by using of FEM, which was validated by experiments. The results indicate that, billet with bigger outer diameter is benefit for section forming and diameter's growing. The final dimension of the ring can meet the technical requirements.
