摘要
基于ABAQUS/Explicit软件建立了AZ31镁合金环件径轴向热轧的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型,分析了开轧温度对成形环件的应变和温度分布不均匀性以及轧制力能参数的影响规律。结果表明:随着驱动辊转速的增加,成形环件的应变分布越来越均匀,温度分布越来越不均匀;同时轧制力、轧制力矩逐渐减小。
3D elastic-plastic coupled thermo-mechanical FE model of hot radial-axial rolling of AZ31 magnesium alloy was established based on the ABAQUS/Explicit software. The influences of initial rolling temperature on the non-uniform distribution of strain and temperature, as well as rolling force and power parameters were analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of driving roller speed, the strain distribution of the forming ring is more and more uniform, temperature distribution is more and more non-uniform; while rolling force and rolling torque decrease gradually.
