异形环件精密轧制关键技术及有限元分析研究进展

Key technology and FEM research progress in special-shaped ring rolling process

摘要 对常见的异形环件进行分类,结合异形环件轧制特点,指出毛坯设计、轧辊运动轨迹设计以及成形缺陷控制等为异形环件轧制技术的关键难点所在,并引出了解决措施。对有限元分析过程中的毛坯设计、轧辊控制、微观组织演变等进行了探讨,给出了控制和处理的方法。 The common special-shaped rings have been classified in the text. By combining with characteristics of special-shaped ring rolling process, the key difficult technology of the process like blank design, roll movement path design, and forming faults control has been put forward, as well as the solution. Meanwhile, the blank deign, roll control, and microstructure evolution methods have been discussed in the FEM. The control and management method have been pointed out.
