摘要
化工原理是一门重要的专业基础课,主要讲授化工单元操作及其所用设备结构原理,强调工程观点、定量计算、实验技能和设计能力的训练,化工仿真实训无疑是达到这一目的的有效手段。仿真实验教学直观逼真,能显示生产过程的实时动态,有利于提高学生的实际操作技能。多年来的教学实践证明,学生先仿真实训再做化工原理实验,实操的出错率大大降低,实验成绩有了明显提高。但仿真实验不能完全代替真实实验,只有二者的有机结合,才能真正提高学生的动手能力和综合素质。
Chemical engineering principle is an important basic course teaching chemical engineering unit operation and the equipment it uses structural principles,emphasizing engineering perspective,quantitative calculations,experimental skill and design ability training,chemical simulation training is an effective means to achieve this purpose. Simulation experimental teaching of visual fidelity,real-time dynamic display production process,improve students ' practical skills. Years of practice,students doing chemical engineering principle experiment of simulated training, hands-on greatly reduced error rate,experimental results have improved significantly. Simulations cannot fully replace real experiment,only the combination of the two,in order to improve students ' practical ability and overall quality.
