摘要
齿轴是汽车传动机构的重要零件。由于其复杂的外形,在实际生产中仅仅通过模具的优化难以加工出合格的零件。针对生产过程中出现的齿部充不满、阶梯镦粗开裂等问题,通过UG软件建模并设计了三种不同的坯料,基于有限元软件进行了模拟分析。通过对三种不同坯料模拟结果的对比,得出了较佳坯料。结果对齿轴类零件生产能起到一定的指导意义。
Gear shaft is an important part of the transmission mechanism for car. Because of its complex shape. It is difficult to process the qualified parts in the actual production only through the die optimization. Aiming at the problems of incomplete forming in tooth part and ladder upsetting cracking, the model was established and three different blanks were designed by UG software. Simulation analysis was carried out based on the finite element software. Through contrasting simulation results of three different blanks, the optimum blank was obtained. The results can play a certain guiding significance to the gear shaft parts production.
