摘要
用 1 2种识别 6碱基的限制性内切酶ApaⅠ、BamHⅠ、Bg1Ⅰ、DraⅠ、EcoRⅠ、EcoRⅤ、KpnⅠ、PvuⅡ、PstⅠ、SacⅠ、SmaⅠ和XhoⅠ研究了河北省 5个山羊品种和类群共计 61个个体mtDNA的RFLP。结果检测到 3 3个酶切位点 ,1 4种限制性态型 ,3种基因单倍型 ,其中EcoRⅠ和CalⅠ表现出多态。基因单倍型间平均遗传距离为 0 .0 0 3 9,群体平均遗传多态度π值为 0 .1 2 %。
Twelve restriction endonucleases recognizing 6 base-pair,Apa Ⅰ,BamHⅠ,BglⅠ,DraⅠ,EcorⅠ,EcoR V,KpnⅠ,PvuⅡ,PstⅠ,SacⅠ,SmaⅠand XhoⅠwere used to investigate the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) diversity of 61Rindividuals of 5 goat populations in Hebei province. The results indicated that two restriction endonucleases, EcoRⅠ and ClaⅠ,were polymorphic,and 33 restriction sites and 14 restriction morphs which could be sorted into 3 haplotypes were detected. The average genetic distance between haplotypes and the polymorphic degree of populations were 0.0039and 0.12%respectively.It was also infered that the genetic diversity and the differentiation of these goat population was low.
