摘要
尝试运用供求理论、委托-代理理论以及博弈论来解决高职院校外聘教师队伍建设问题。通过构建高职院校"扇叶式"实践教学体系,推导出高职院校外聘教师队伍的主要来源,即其它高校教师,在读研究生以及企业高技能人才,分别对应实践能力提升的横向扩展与纵向扩展。在分析了目前存在的问题基础上,提出了相应的聘用及管理方面的对策建议。
Based on supply and demand theory, the principal--agent theory, and the game theory, this paper resolved the management problems on part--time teachers from outside in professional colleges. Through the construction of practice teaching system like a "fan" in vocational colleges, we got the major resources of part--time teachers from outside, including teachers from other colleges, graduates, and talent people from enterprises, corresponding to horizontal expansion and longitudinal expansion of practice capability. By analyzing the current problems, we got the suggestions of employment and man- agement of part--time teachers from outside in vocational colleges.
