摘要
近年来,随着教育事业的革新,职业教育受到了人们的广泛关注,国家也在全力发展职业教育。在这一环境下,高等职业院校教师队伍的建设与管理成了教育事业中的重要内容。师资队伍质量决定着教育教学质量,而兼职教师属于高等职业院校的重要组成部分,在高职院校发展过程中逐渐凸显独特的作用与价值。结合学校发展实情,重点进行兼职教师队伍建设与管理,有利于实现高职院校全面稳步发展。基于此,该文主要研究了高等职业院校兼职教师队伍建设与管理的方法,希望能够为大家带来一些有益参考。
In recent years, with the reform of education, vocational education has also been widely concerned by people, and the country is also trying its best to develop vocational education. In this environment, the construction and management of teachers in higher vocational colleges have become an important part of education. The quality of teaching staff determines the quality of education and teaching, and part-time teachers are an important part of higher vocational colleges, which gradually show their unique role and value in the development of higher vocational colleges. It is beneficial to realize the steady and comprehensive development of higher vocational colleges to focus on the construction and management of part-time teachers. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the construction and management methods of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, hoping to bring some useful references for everyone.
