摘要
兼职教师作为高职院校产教融合的产物,其自身的发展、培养是至关重要的。深化产教融合,推进校企合作,提升校企互聘质量,是当前兼职教师队伍建设的迫切要求。本文通过对高职院校兼职教师队伍存在问题及原因分析,明确目前兼职教师队伍存在执教能力差强人意、企业的认知误差、学校考核机制难以执行等问题。因此,高职院校要严格把控兼职教师准入管理标准,完善兼职教师培养保障体系,加强推进政企行校议事平台,积极落实评价激励运行机制,真正优化师资队伍结构,提升职业教育服务现代产业体系构建的能力。
Part-time teachers,as the product of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,their own development and training are crucial.Deepening the integration of production and education,advancing school-enterprise cooperation,and improving the quality of school-enterprise mutual employment are urgent requirements for the construction of part-time teachers.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,and clarifies that the current part-time teachers have poor teaching ability,cognitive errors in enterprises,and difficulty in implementing school assessment mechanisms.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must strictly control the admission management standards for part-time teachers,improve the guarantee system for part-time teacher training,strengthen the promotion of government,enterprise,and school discussion platforms,actively implement the evaluation and incentive operation mechanism,truly optimize the structure of the teaching staff,and improve the ability of vocational education to serve the construction of a modern industrial system.
