自我决定理论视角下职校教师专业发展路径研究——基于“全国教书育人楷模”质性数据 被引量:2

A Study on the Professional Development Path of Vocational School Teachers from the Perspective of Self-Determination Theory——Qualitative Data Based on"National Education Role Models"

摘要 基于自我决定理论,对2010—2023年25位职业教育领域“全国教师育人楷模”奖项获得者的事迹文本进行内容分析发现:满足该群体自主需要的积极因素包括“自主创新教学实践”“职业选择与个人志向相契合”“发展平台与资源供给”;满足该群体能力需要的积极因素包括“教师自我效能感”“职业成就与荣誉”“寻求挑战和成长”“外界的广泛认可”;满足该群体关系需要的积极因素包括“亲密、融洽的师生关系”“团结、赞赏的同事关系”“感激、信赖的家长关系”“支持、理解的家庭关系”“和谐、互惠的社区关系”。自主、能力、关系三种基本心理需要的满足是提升职教楷模专业发展动力的关键,同时受到环境和个人因素的双重影响。据此,职业院校应创设支持性发展环境,满足教师基本心理需要;教师自身应强化动机的自主调节,提高专业发展的自觉性。 Based on self-determination theory,a content analysis was conducted on the deeds of 25 winners of the"National Models for Education"award in the field of vocational education from 2010 to 2023.It was found that the positive factors that meet the autonomous needs of this group include"independent innovation teaching practice","alignment between career choices and personal aspirations",and"development platform and resource supply".The positive factors that meet the ability needs of this group include"teacher selfefficacy","career achievements and honors","seeking challenges and growth",and"widespread recognition from the outside world".And the positive factors that meet the needs of this group's relationships include"intimate and harmonious teacherstudent relationships","united and appreciative colleague relationships","grateful and trustworthy parent relationships","supportive and understanding family relationships",and"harmonious and mutually beneficial community relationships".The satisfaction of the three basic psychological needs of autonomy,ability,and relationship is the key to enhancing the driving force of professional development in vocational education models,while being influenced by both environmental and personal factors.Based on this,vocational colleges should create a supportive development environment to meet the basic psychological needs of teachers,while teachers themselves should strengthen the autonomous regulation of motivation and improve their awareness of professional development.
