摘要
构建实践教学评估体系的目的是及时反馈信息,提高教学质量。天津职业大学在实践教学评估中,通过组建监控团队,构筑校企"实践共同体",将胜任力评价、有效性评价、教师绩效评价、教学量乘系数等定性指标与定量指标相结合,建立实践教学监控网络与质量预警机制,实施评价与校内津贴及各种奖励挂钩等措施,促进实践教学质量的提升。
The construction of practice teaching evaluation system aims at timely feedback and improving teaching quality.In practice teaching evaluation,through the formation of monitoring teams and building schools and enterprises"community of practice",Tianjin Vocational University has combined the qualitative indicators such as competency evaluation,effectiveness evaluation,performance evaluation of teachers,teaching capacity by factors with quantitative indicators,established practice teaching quality monitoring network and early warning mechanisms,implemented evaluation of school grants and various incentives linked to other measures.
