摘要
如何改革高校毕业生的人事、户籍和分配制度，如何突破传统的高等教育人才培养模式，如何做好大学生就业观念的转变，是当前大学生就业指导所面临的三大研究课题。
There are three questions for discussion about the work of the direction for graduate to obtain employment: how to reform the personnel system for graduate to register, to be assigned; how to break through traditional higher educational mode; how to do well in the change of the idea for graduate to obtain employment.
