摘要
非师范类体育专业 (运动训练 )不同于体育教育专业 ,在就业政策上实施双向选择。毕业生的就业状况受社会需求和就业期望的影响。通过对浙江大学运动训练专业毕业生就业期望与就业状况的调查 ,旨在分析毕业生的社会期望与社会需求的趋同程度 ,帮助毕业生建立合适的就业期望 ,更好地提高一次就业率 。
Sports training major is different from the PE major.It practises two?way choices of employment.The employment situation of graduates is influenced by social requirement and employment expectation.The article is a survey on employment expectation and employment situation of graduates majoring in sports training in Zhejiang university.It is to analyze the close degree between graduates'social expectation and social requirement,to help graduates set up suitable employment expectation,to improve employment rate and to promote the subject's development.
