摘要
在求职竞争中,为了能找到合适的职业和工作岗位,高校毕业生必须建立适应社会需要和时代特征的就业观念,从旧的择业观向新的择业观转变。
In order to find a good job in the employment competition, the graduates should establish new job-hunting concepts which adapt to the society and keep the pace of the times, transferring from the old to the new.
