摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等科研方法,对我国20所试办高水平运动队院校运动员毕业生就业面临的困境进行调查,从社会、高校、运动员毕业生三个层面,分析了造成运动员毕业生就业困境的原因,并提出了提高和完善就业的对策。研究认为:制定运动员毕业生人才培养战略;加强专业知识学习,突出体育特长;改善运动员毕业生就业认知状况;更新用人单位选才标准;夯实试办高水平运动队院校就业服务与指导工作是促进高校高水平运动队的可持续发展,实现高水平运动队发展的品牌战略的必由之路。
Investigation of employment predicament of our country 20 universities of the experimental high - standard sports teams with college athletes graduates by Literature material, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method, from the three aspects of the society, higher education institutions and athletes graduates, this article analyzes reason of the causes athlete graduate employment predicament, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve and perfect the employment.
