摘要
根据支撑架产品结构的工艺分析,研究了多工位级进模的工件排样,比较了不同的排样方案和载体形式。在不增加模具复杂程度和模具加工难度的前提下,采用工件斜排方式和条料两边不等宽双侧载体形式,设计了一套多工位级进冲裁弯曲模,与通常使用的工件横排方式相比,能够提高材料利用率3%。该套模具投入生产后,运行良好,生产的制件完全满足客户要求,为企业降低了生产成本。
By analysis of the structure of the support frame, the layouts of multi-position progressive die were studied and different layouts and carrying forms were compared. Provided that the complexity of the die and the difficulty of die processing would not be increased, the oblique layout and the two-side carrier with unequal side width were finally applied to design a set of multi-position progressive punch and bending die, with 3% increase of material utilization ra- tio in comparison to the usually-used breadthwise layout. The die run well in production, the products satisfied the re- quirement of customers fully, and the enterprise's production cost was reduced.
