摘要
通过分析中盖板零件的结构特点,制定了两种排样方案,分析方案的优劣后,从中选择较优的方案,并设计了中盖板的级进模具。模具采用侧刃初定位、导正销精定位和定位挡块末端定位的方式保证产品精度,提高了材料利用率,同时采用了先正反拉深再切口来成形支撑爪的工艺方法。该套级进模具在工厂进行了制造、装配以及试模试生产等工序,经过实践证明,利用所选方案及设计的模具生产的产品符合要求,提高了生产效率。该模具冲压速度达80次·min-1,相比人工采用单工序的模具进行冲制,速度提高了几十倍。
The structure characteristics of the middle-flat part were analyzed and two layout designs were made. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the two design solutions,the better one was chosen and the progressive die of middle-flat was designed. The methods of side edge to initial positioning,pilot to precise positioning and supporting block for location to end positioning were used. With these methods,the precision was guaranteed and material utilization rate was increased. In order to form support claw better,the method of first normal stretch,second opposite stretch and then incision was adopted. The die was manufactured,assembled and tested. The final result shows that the precision of the part is met perfectly,and the production efficiency is enhanced. The press speed achieves 80 times per minute,and it is ten times than single process of the press by hand.
