摘要
介绍了一个直径小、拉深相对高度大的电容零件的多工位级进模,采用3排交错排样的方案,设计12次拉深17个工步完成零件的成形,还详细介绍了冲切工位和卸料检测工位的结构设计。为确保凸模固定板、卸料板、凹模板之间的运动精度,模具设置了12对内导柱和内导套,且关键成形零件均设计成镶件式结构。实际生产表明,3排交错的排样方案可行,模具结构设计合理,制造、装配方便,工作稳定,生产的零件质量好,生产效率高。
A design of multi-position progressive die for capacitor part with small diameter and high drawing depth was presented. Three-row staggered layout was adopted and the punching process was completed by 17 steps in 12 times of drawing. The design of punching station and unloading detection station was described in detail. To reach high movement precision, 12 pairs of inner guide pillars and inner guide bushes were set among punch plate, stripper plate and die plate, and all of the key parts were designed as inserts. The practice has proved that the layout design was feasible, the die structure was reasonable and convenient to manufacture and assembly.
