摘要
通过分析汽车左前座椅外侧后支架的成形工艺,将切口、拉深、冲孔、翻边、冲侧孔、落料、切断等工序合理安排在级进模的不同工位,缩短了成形工艺路线,避免了支架在拉深成形过程中产生质量缺陷,实现了高效、高质量生产。模具结构设计合理,生产的零件质量稳定,可为类似零件的成形提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the stamping process of a rear bracket outside the left front seat, the production procedures including notching, drawing, piercing, flanging, side piercing, blanking, cutting off were reasonably arranged in different work positions of the die, which shorten the technology route and avoided the quality defects of the bracket in drawing process.
