摘要
为了解决斜面翻边毛坯定位难的问题,喷嘴盖板级进模采用了成对成形的方法,达到了定位准确可靠的目的。斜面翻边需两次成形,周边翻边的半成品在工位间的传递较为困难,为了解决该问题,喷嘴盖板级进模采用载体两侧开工艺槽的方法,达到了预期效果。喷嘴盖板级进模一次冲两件,效率高,成形的制件表面光滑、形状精确。
In order to solve the difficult problem of slope flanging blank positioning, nozzle plate of progressive die adopts the methods of paired forming, has achieved the goal of accurate and reliable positioning.
