摘要
录音机机芯的开门推板外形零件为不规则的多向弯曲件且弯曲精度要求高,零件折弯高度大。折弯变形后,条料在向下一工位送进时,折弯部分受到模具结构的干涉,模具结构设计难度大。在综合考虑零件加工的工艺方案后,确定采用整体式加必要镶件的组合凹模,两件对排10工位级进模生产,设计出有容料槽的加强型卸料板。本文在模具结构上解决了条料折弯后送进的干涉问题,并取得了良好的使用效果。
The open-door push plank of recorder core is shaped as an irregular multilateral bending part, which needs highly bending accuracy. When material is sent into next station, the bended part will be intervened by the structure of the mould after bending and shaping, and the design of mold structure will be difficult. After comprehensive considera- tion of parts processing scheme, the integral and insert concave die, two pairs in a row lO-station progressive die pro- duction were adopted, and a intensified stripper plate with a trough was designed, so as to make the bended bar conve- ying smoothly. The intervened problem of bended material sending was solved in the aspect of the mold structure, and good use effect was achieved.
