洗衣机密封圈骨架冲孔翻孔修边模设计

Die design for hole punching,flanging and trimming of washing machine sealing ring skeleton

摘要 针对双桶洗衣机脱水桶密封圈骨架零件需要冲孔、翻孔、修边3道工序,3套模具冲压成形的问题,通过工序合并,实现了在一套复合模上一次冲压完成3道成形工序,达到了提高生产效率、降低生产成本的目的。对该模具从整体结构、工作原理、主要零件设计及选材、热处理等方面进行了阐述,对同类型冲压制品有一定的参考作用。 As for the skeleton parts of sealing ring in double barrel washing machine whose forming procedures include punching,hole flanging and trimming and need three sets of dies,by combining the processes,three forming processes were achieved by a stamping process with a set of composite die,which improved production efficiency,and reduced production cost.The die structure was introduced in aspects of the overall structure,working principle,die design and the selection of materials and heat treatment,etc.,which provided a certain reference for the same type stamping products.
