摘要
通过摇瓶液体发酵,对青霉生产纤维素酶的条件进行研究,确定该菌种的最适产酶培养基及最优产酶条件。结果表明,最佳培养基配方及培养条件为:稻草粉5%,碳酸钙0.2%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,硫酸铵0.2%,硫酸镁0.05%,吐温-80 1000mg/L。装量50mL/500mL,自然pH值,30℃,200r/min发酵5d,接种量7%。CMC酶活最高达到785U/mL。
Through the shaker liquid fermentation, the blue mould production cellulose enzyme conditions, to determine the optimal enzyme produc- tion of microbial culture medium and the optimal enzyme production conditions. The results show that the best medium formula and culture condi- tions for: straw powder 5%, 0.2% Calcium carbonate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%, 0.2% ammonium sulfate, magnesium sulfate 0.05%, Tween-80 1000mg/L. Charge 50ml/500ml, natural pH value, 30~C, 180r/min fermentation 5d, inoculation amount of 7%. CMC enzyme activity up to a maximum 785U/ml.
