摘要
基于对黑曲霉菌丝体的内切纤维素酶合成过程的分析,指出目前沿用的以菌落产生的水解圈直径为标准初筛菌株方法的不可靠性。提出了一个以水解圈直径/菌落直径比值为标准的新方法,以此正确表示菌的产酶能力。相关数据分析表明,比值与菌株在固体培养下产内切纤维素酶的能力的正相关性近于0.91。该方法在相关工程菌种初筛中应有广泛的应用前景。
Based on the relationship between fungal growth and cellulase synthesis, proposed a new method for selection of strains that have a high productivity of cellulase. That is according to the ratio of the diameter of fungal colony to its hydrolytic circle. A close positive correlations was obtained that is the larger the radio, the higher cellulase productivity.
