摘要
结合某钢厂低碳低硅SPHC钢种生产基本情况,分析了SPHC钢生产工艺流程的特点以及过程中存在的主要问题。通过对其现有生产工艺的优化,脱硫率从35.7%提高到45.5%,且铸坯中夹杂物小于1.0级的比例达80%,在保证转炉冶炼SPHC钢质量的同时,冶炼成本可降低约3.14元/t。
In combination with the basic situation of SPHC steel in a specific plant, the characteristics and the main problem of the process are analyzed. Based on the process optimization, the desulfurization rate has been raised to 45.5 %from original 35.7 % and the ratio of inclusions in the slab less than 1.0grade comes up to 80 % . Thus quality of SPHC steel has been highly improved and the production cost reduced by 3.14 yuan/t.
