摘要 利用实验室渣-钢平衡试验研究了高碱度精炼渣对GCr15轴承钢中w(T[O])和夹杂物的影响。结合试验结果和热力学分析,探讨了钢中w(T[O])、夹杂物尺寸分布和粒径大小的变化规律,以及氧化物夹杂的转变过程。研究结果表明,碱度为6时,精炼渣(59.4%CaO-24.8%Al_2O_3-9.8%SiO2-6%MgO)可将钢中w(T[O])控制在0.0006%以内,氧化物夹杂平均尺寸最小为2.26μm。随着钢中w([Ca])和w([Mg])的增加,钢中氧化物夹杂转变过程为Al2O3→MgO·Al2O3→MgO→CaO-Al2O3-MgO复合夹杂物(核心为MgO,外围包裹着CaO-Al_2O_3)。渣-钢反应前期钢中以MgO·Al_2O_3为主,后期以MgO和CaO-Al_2O_3-MgO复合夹杂物为主。氧化物夹杂转变的试验结果与热力学分析结果相一致,大多数氧化物夹杂尺寸小于5μm。 The effect of high-basicity refining slag on the total oxygen content and inclusions in bearing steel GCr15 has been studied by laboratory slag/steel reaction equilibrium experiments. Combined the experimental results with thermodynamic analysis,the changes of the total oxygen content,inclusion size distribution,particle size and evolution of inclusions were investigated. The obtained results showed that the total oxygen content could be lowered to 0.000 6% and the average size of oxide inclusions was minium as 2.26 μm using the refining slag of 59.4%Ca O-24.8%Al2O3-9.8%Si O2-6% Mg O. With the increase of Mg and Ca contents in steel,the evolution of oxide inclusions was:Al2O3→Mg O ·Al2O3→Mg O→Ca O-Al2O3-Mg O complex inclusion(Mg O surrounded by Ca O-Al_2O_3). At the earlier stage of slag/steel reaction,the dominant inclusions in steel was Mg O · Al2O3,whereas the inclusions were mainly Mg O and Ca O-Al2O3-Mg O at the later stage. The evolution of oxide inclusions observed in the experiments agreed well with that predicted by thermodynamic calculation. The size of most oxide inclusions was smaller than 5 μm.
