摘要
以国内某钢厂"120tBOF→LF→RH→CC"的生产流程为研究对象,通过研究转炉出钢弱脱氧、LF精炼少加铝,RH破空喂铝的新精炼工艺,探讨低成本获得高洁净度轴承钢的生产方法。研究表明,采用新工艺可使轴承钢w(T.O)降到5×10^(-6)以下,w(Ti)控制到15×10^(-6),夹杂物数量明显减少。
The production process of "BOF→LF→RH →CC"in a steel plant in China was studied. Through the study of new refining process of converter deoxidation, LF refining less aluminum and RH feeding aluminum, the production method of low-cost high clean bearing steel was discussed. The results showed that the new process could reduce the total oxygen content of bearing steel to less than 5 ×10^-6, w(Ti) was controlled to 15 ×10^-6 and the number of inclusions was obviously reduced .
