摘要
分析了轴承钢中Ti含量变化对疲劳寿命的影响,通过控制转炉终点碳、出钢下渣量、使用低钛的合金及低钛的渣料等措施,生产出了Ti含量小于30×10-4%的低钛轴承钢。
It is analyzed the influence of Ti content in bearing steel on fatigue life.The low-titanium bearing steel with Ti content lower than 30×10-4 percent can be produced with measures adopted: controlling end-carbon of converter and tapping slag quantity,using low-titanium alloy and slag material.
