摘要
分析了轴承钢冶炼过程中w(Ti)的变化情况,通过选择低钛铁水、转炉双渣法冶炼、转炉终点强氧化性、转炉出钢双挡渣、出钢后采用扒渣工艺、选择低钛合金脱氧合金化以及LF工序采用低钛精炼合成渣脱氧造渣等措施,生产出w(Ti)≤15×10^(-6)的特级优质轴承钢。
The change of w(Ti)in the smelting process of bearing steel is analyzed.w(Ti)≤15×10^(-6) super grade highquality bearing steel can be produced by selecting low titanium molten iron,converter double slag smelting,strong oxidation at the end of converter,converter tapping double slag blocking,slag raking process after tapping,deoxidation and alloying of low titanium alloy and deoxidation and slagging of low titanium refined synthetic slag in LF process.
