摘要 采用ASPEX自动扫描电镜结合生产实际,分析了国内某钢厂GCr15轴承钢LF精炼终点存在的氧化物夹杂类型,并探索了其形成机理.同时,结合分子离子共存理论模型,分析了钢液中Mg质量分数的影响因素.结论如下:精炼终点钢样主要存在两种类型的氧化物夹杂,即CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-(CaS)类复合夹杂和MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-(CaS)镁铝尖晶石类夹杂.热力学计算分析结果表明,MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)的存在区域较宽,本次精炼钢样成分质量分数刚好处于MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)的稳定区,与精炼终点存在的氧化物夹杂类型相符合.同时,基于分子离子共存理论模型,分析了耐火材料和精炼渣组分对钢液中Al-Mg平衡关系的影响,揭示了轴承钢LF精炼过程中MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂的形成机理及影响因素,为Ds类夹杂的控制提供了一定的指导意义. In this paper,the type of oxide inclusion in the LF refining end point of GCr15 bearing steel was analyzed by ASPEX automatic scanning electron microscope combined with production practice,and its formation mechanism was explored.At the same time,the influence factors of Mg mass fraction in molten steel were discussed and analyzed in combination with the theoretical model of molecular-ion coexistence theory.The conclusions are as follows:There are mainly two types of oxide inclusions in the steel samples at the refining end point,CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-(CaS)inclusion and MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-(CaS)inclusion.Thermodynamic calculation and analysis show that MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) exists in a wide area,and the composition content of this steel sample is in the stable area of MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) inclusion,which is consistent with the type of oxide inclusions existing in the steel sample.Based on the molecular ion coexistence theory,the influence of refractory and slag on Al-Mg equilibrium in molten steel are discussed and analyzed.The formation mechanism and influencing factors of MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) inclusion in LF refining for GCr15 bearing steel are revealed,which provides a guiding significance for the control of Ds inclusions.
