摘要
采用工业试验方法,研究了B、Ti对SPHC热卷板组织性能的影响。在常规SPHC钢基础上添加微量Ti,可以析出大量富N的Ti(N,C),减少间隙原子C、N的数量,减弱屈服现象。但晶粒细化,不利于屈服平台的消除。添加微量Ti不能避免热卷板SPHC在沙钢推拉式酸洗线开卷时产生横折印缺陷。在常规SPHC钢基础上同时添加微量Ti和微量B,在析出富N的Ti(N,C)后进一步形成的BN可减少间隙原子C、N的数量,减弱屈服现象;同时,钢板的组织和强度与常规SPHC钢基本一致。添加微量Ti和微量B后热卷板SPHC在轧后不平整条件下在沙钢推拉式酸洗线酸洗生产5万余吨,因横折印缺陷判次率低于0.3%。
Industrial tests were performed to study the influence of B and Ti on the microstructure and properties of SPHC hot rolled plate. After adding trace Ti to the conventional SPHC steel,Ti( N,C) precipitates with more N are formed to reduce the number of interstitial atoms C and N,and the yield phenomenon is weaken. However,grains are refined which is harmful to the elimination of yield platform. The addition of trace Ti can not avoid the occurrence of cross break defects when SPHC hot rolled plate uncoils in the push-pull pickling line of Shasteel group. After adding trace Ti and B simultaneously to the conventional SPHC steel,besides Ti( N,C) precipitates with more N,BN further precipitates which reduce the number of interstitial atoms C and N,and the yield phenomenon is further weaken. Meanwhile,the microstructure and strength of steel plate are consistent with the conventional SPHC steel. Using the SPHC hot rolled plate with trace Ti and B as mother plate,more than 50 thousand tons SPHC pickling plates were produced in the push-pull pickling line of Shasteel group without temper rolling. The cross break defect rate is less than 0. 3%.
