摘要
目的:建立针对十三味菥冥丸定性鉴别方案;方法:采用薄层层析法对制剂中的诃子、紫草茸、茜草进行鉴别,对大托叶云实、波棱瓜子进行理化鉴别;此外,还对制剂进行了重金属和砷盐的限量检查.结果:在薄层色谱中均能检出诃子、紫草茸、茜草三味药材,薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照品溶液无干扰,重金属的检查三批样品均低于10ppm,砷盐检查低于2ppm.结论:本文所确定的方法灵敏性好、稳定可靠,可作为十三味菥冥丸的定性鉴别的依据.
Objective: To establish TLC method for shisanwei Ximing pills. Method: Fructus Chebulac, lacca, Radix Rubiae arc identified by TLC method and SEMEN CAESALPINIAE CRISTAE, B5 L6n9 Gua ZI arc identified by physical and chemical identification. Meanwhile, the heavy metals and arsenic salts are inspected. Results: TLC method could identify Fructus Chebulac , lacca, Radix Rubiac in the Shisanwei Ximing pills. The contents of heavy metals and arsenic salts respectively arc less than 10ppm and 2ppm. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of ShisanweiXiming pills.
