摘要
决胜未来,赢在中层。加强中层干部执行力建设事关高职院校事业之成败。当前高职院校在执行理念、执行制度、执行行为等方面存在诸多问题,影响了中层干部执行力的发挥。我们必须对症下药,通过建设基于共同愿景的执行文化、健全基于质量管理的执行体系和提升基于责任意识的执行能力,来切实加强高职院校中层干部执行力建设。
The excellence of middle-level management decides the future of an institution. The success of the development of higher vocational institutes is up to the improvement of the executive ability of the middle-level cadres. There remain some problems regarding the concept, system and behavior of execution in tertiary vocational schools, which may affect the execution at middle management level in practice. To solve the problems, we have to form the culture based on common prospect, to construct the system based on the quality management, and the executive ability based on the awareness of responsibility, so as to reinforce the executive ability of middle-level cadres in higher vocational institutes.
